It is essential to consume a good amount of protein so the muscles can suck it up and recover. It is also a good thing to feed your body a concentration of amino acids. Amino acids are the basic building blocks of the body and essential for muscles. The amino acids aid in the repair of the damage to the muscles from the physical moving.
